About the CER
The Chief Executives'
Roundtable (CER) was founded in 1991 with a vision of a greater
Lubbock in mind. The mission of the CER is to enhance the educational
goals and objectives of the College of Business Administration and Texas
Tech University, while providing an informative and interesting venue
for the interaction of leaders in the Lubbock community. What began
as a small gathering of local business leaders has grown into a full-fledged
association of dedicated professionals.
When you join the CER, you are realizing your commitment to higher education, civic leadership, and local business interests. You join other executives in enhancing the scope of education and providing role models for our next generation of leaders from Texas Tech University.
As a CER member, you will interact with nationally recognized political leaders, economic advisors, and business strategists throughout the academic year. Your participation encourages graduating business students to stay in Lubbock by showing what Lubbock business has to offer, and provides you the venue to expand and strengthen your network of associates in the community.
